Mike Kunda, ROCKY BALBOA IMPERSONATOR

When I first saw those white letters “ROCKY” scroll across my television screen in 1979, all I ever wanted to be was Rocky. Well, it took me nearly thirty years but in 2006, after winning a national Rocky look-alike contest in Philly, I got a manager and began a career which brought me to the doorstep of Sly's brother, Frank. Here are some of his very kind comments:

The Yo Philly! Film Tour: On the day of your tour, I’ll show up as myself in my normal everyday look, voice, and clothing. During the tour, you’ll travel to each Rocky filming location as my passenger in a dedicated tour van.  Due to safety concerns, some requested locations may not be possible. Tours are set to a fixed schedule; this is reflected in the pricing options. Tours are typically scheduled early morning or early afternoon.

Rocky Impersonation: includes a precise interpretation of the “Rocky” character.  After 40 years of learning the character, I have carefully crafted the experience to capture the essence of Rocky, down to his every nuance. I add elements of voice, tone, walk, stride, and humor during the conversation.  Every step of the way I reflect what Rocky might say from moment to moment. My outfit includes Rocky’s classic look: the wool fedora, leather jacket and significantly uncomfortable footwear, regardless of climate! Impersonation bookings are typically scheduled late in the day and evening hours.

Finally, and most notably, Sly Stallone is on record saying I’m the greatest Rocky Impersonator in the world.
